Tango Ranch will accept your new/unworn items for exchange or online-credit within 60 days of the date received. *Please note that all sale & clearance merchandise is FINAL SALE*
POLICY: All products must be in brand new, resalable condition. All original tags must be attached with no sign of wear.
EXCHANGES: 1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (806) 793-2818 and request a call tag. 2. Tango Ranch will email you a call tag from UPS. Simply print this off, cover the original shipping label, and drop it off at the closest UPS location. Please do not place label on the product or the product packaging. 3. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing your exchange. 4. Once Tango Ranch receives your merchandise, we will replace it with the correct style/size and ship the new product back to you via UPS Ground Service or USPS Priority at no additional cost. We will email you a new tracking number upon shipping. 5. The first exchange is always free. If more than one exchange is necessary, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to/from our warehouse.
ALL returns will be accepted if they meet our above policy. ALL returns will be for exchange or online-credit only. NO credit will be issued back to you unless your product is defective or you received the wrong product.
1. The shipping carrier you choose to return your package is your choice. However, Tango Ranch recommends you use a carrier that allows you to track your package, such as UPS, FedEX, or USPS. Without a tracking number, Tango Ranch cannot aid or assist in tracking a lost package. 2. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing your return. 3. Upon arrival of your merchandise at our warehouse, Tango Ranch will inspect the product for wear. Once the product is deemed new, Tango Ranch will issue a online gift card. 4. All original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
